2. Create a standard or generic fax cover sheet to use for all your fax transmissions. Only print one copy and slide it into a clear plastic sleeve or sheet protector. Using a fine point dry erasable marker, you can write your sending information on the plastic cover. Once you know your fax has been safely sent, just wipe off, and it will be ready for your next fax.
