Constant Contact enables us to stay in touch with our past and current customers in ways that nothing else we´ve ever done allows us to. We have seen a significant strengthening of our customer interest and loyalty since we have adopted Constant Contact into our marketing mix. It is also by far the least expensive marketing we do and by far provides the best results... and consistently month after month. When we first started using an email service, we were intimidated by what we thought would be difficult to figure out. Their products are "dummy proof," meaning if we can do it, anyone can! Extremely customer friendly products and easy to use templates. Our customer base and even our lists containing potential customers seem to enjoy and love our emails. Have also found the customer support both online and offline are second to no other big company we have ever dealt with. Great company. Does it right. Would highly recommend trying this out. If you´re like us, you´ll never go back.
