Customer Comments: Home addition and remodel. Initially, Enhanced Interiors came off as a bit gruff but professional and knowledgeable. They were our lowest bid and were hired. Very quickly, Enhanced Interiors became difficult to work with. Contractor is quick-tempered and had issues managing anger. He often swore at us and hung up the phone when trying to resolve issues. Contractor´s own employees confessed he was difficult to work with and they "sympathized" with us. Work took months longer than estimated and was of lower quality than expected. We finally had to go to arbitration to resolve issues.
