He came out to the house and took time to walk through the process. He was also on time for our initial meeting. Between his customer service, knowledge, and work done, we are very happy with the outcome. We love our garage floor. Initially, there was a small part missed and Ron and crew came out immediately to fix it to our satisfaction. :)
