Customer Comments: We had Jack Pixley Sweeps replace a liner, firebox, and major reconstruction of our chimney. We also had a new fireplace face put on, as well. Cleaning process determined there were some cracks and other internal issues that needed to be addressed with the chimney in order for it to be safe to have future fires. The reconstruction job was fairly complex because our chimney is curvy and tall. It required some extra details and craftsmanship to perform the reconstruction correctly. We were extremely happy with the whole process. Had the opportunity to speak with Jack Pixley in the beginning stages of our contact. He is a great individual. All of the people we talked to and worked with at Jack Pixley Sweeps were very professional and caring. Can´t imagine having hired anyone else for this project. Our fireplace and chimney both look great and there is nothing unsafe anymore about us having fires. All in all an excellent experience.

Customer Comments: We originally contacted Jack Pixley Sweeps for a routine chimney cleaning. During the cleaning process, the technicians identified some unsafe elements in our chimney. Consequently, it was recommended that we replace tile, flue liner, insulate and replace the concrete top around the outside of the chimney. It was a relief, actually, to us that these things were identified. Once everything was completed, it made our fireplace safe again to use. We were very pleased with all aspects of this company. Joe was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with what he was suggesting we needed to do. All work was priced fairly, completed as they said it would be. No mess was left behind. Sweeps and workers were very conscious of being clean and respectful of our home, inside and out. We would gladly recommend this company.

Customer Comments: We hired them to clean the fireplace and chimney. They were very professional, both on the phone and in person. The person that came to our home explained in detail what sevices he was performing. He was very thorough in inspecting and explaining his findings. He also made sure there were no traces of soot left behind. I highly recommend them. They aren´t the cheapest but they are far better than anyone else we dealt with.
