Customer Comments: Legend Services performed an A/C tune up for us and a furnace cleaning. We were very happy with their service. We have them come out two times a year to do a summer and winter tune up for us. In fact, Legend Services has been servicing our air conditioner and furnace for 8 to 10 years. When we first met them, we had been having some trouble with our furnace and thought we may have to replace it. They were very honest with us and told us there were some things that just needed to be maintained on the furnace and that it actually did not need replacing. They have been great at helping us maintain the furnace. It´s still the same one and it´s still chugging! It is just a matter of maintaining the furnace properly. Legend Services has also replaced a hot water heater for us a few years ago. They are honest people that provide really good service. Professional work. Very comfortable to have working in my home and very trustworthy. Very happy and would recommend highly.

Customer Comments: My furnace stopped working and it was getting cold! I had a new home warranty to help cover such expenses. They provided me many companies which I could choose from. Of all available, Legend was the most polite, and sounded the most honest and motivated. They came out immediately to diagnose the problem and determined the best bet would be to replace my entire 50 year old furnace. I was provided a quick but thorough furnace education, and do not feel as if I was being "sold" anything. We discussed the issure frankly and immediately scheduled the replacement to be installed. Legend worked very cooperatively with myself and the home warranty company who was partially funding this expense. Their work was top-notch, they were friendly, courteous, non-invasive and clean. I had a question/concern about a month later and they immediately showed up to address question at no charge. They double-checked everything and gave me the peace of mind of knowing that all was good, reminded me of the excellent warranty on the product and proved themselves to be a stellar company. It was 16 degrees below zero this morning and my home is a warm 72... THANK YOU!

Customer Comments: Legend repaired our old fuel oil furnace several times in the past five years, replacing parts and coaxing the dinosaur to keep us warm just one more time. We had the natural gas line extended to our home last fall and asked Legend for an estimate to compare with other furnace companies. Based on our previous experience with Legend and their comparable estimate, we selected the firm we knew and trusted. Legend delivered on-time, quality work when promised and cleaned up all debris upon completion of the installation. We´re very happy with the service Legend provided.
