ooperation And Support Helps Everyone Win

As tuition costs continually rise, Director of Sales and Marketing for The Service Guide, Diana Herzan, understands the challenges families face in a good or bad economy to pay for college; as well as the benefits students receive if able to stay on track with their education.  Her objective is to provide financiall support through scholarship opportunities to as many students as possible graduating from high schools throughout Minnesota.  In order to provide the funds needed, her company has established a Scholarship Program called CASHEW.

CASHEW stands for Cooperation And Support Helps Everyone Win.  The whole CASHEW program works very well.  When local businesses, community members, schools, and parents mutually demonstrate the cooperative and community spirits of support, everyone ends up with something of value.  In this case, the common vision is that of keeping college a reality for as many students as possible.  Supporting this vision goes beyond making college dreams come true.  Students starting their college journey this year will shortly be contributing to our business and local communities in new ways.  They will ultimately be a large factor in our future as they become employees and managers of many of our local businesses, entrepreneurs and grow into leaders of our community in just four short years.
