The Service Guide Membership Cancellation Policy
Canceling or changing your membership to The Service Guide is simple to do.
Both membership options we offer are shaped to provide different sets of benefits to our members. Depending on what you are trying to achieve, one membership option may make sense today, while a different option may make sense six months from now or next year. Therefore, we want to make it easy for our members to upgrade, downgrade, switch or cancel their membership levels anytime they want to make a change.
Want to make a change to your membership? Here's what to do:
To cancel a membership:
- Call 763-745-7490 M-F, 8-5 OR
- Send us your cancel request
> You will receive a confirmation when
complete
To upgrade your membership:
If you currently have a FREE Membership, you can upgrade to a SAVERS Membership.
Here's how to upgrade your membership:
- You can do this yourself by going back to our Membership Page
- Simply select the SAVERS Option and purchase it
- When your request for the upgraded membership is received with your payment, we will automatically take care of canceling any duplication of memberships under your name
- Watch your inbox for confirmation of your change request. That simple!
To downgrade your membership:
If you currently have a SAVERS Membership, you can downgrade to a FREE Membership.- You can do this yourself by going back to our Membership Page
- Simply select the FREE Option and sign up for it
- When your change request is received, we will automatically take care of canceling your previous membership and will reassign your membership level. You will no longer be charged for the SAVERS option.
- Watch your inbox for confirmation and completion of your change request
